There's gotta be a story behind those summoned birds she sent flying towards Qrow. My guess is at some point maybe or maybe not on a date Qrow was being annoyed by a flocks of birds he deemed pretty when seeing Winter's admiration towards them, until they started attacking him at which point Winter decided to add them to her semblance by annihilating them. Afterwards during this fight she decided to use them on Qrow just for kicks and annoyance. Hence solves the "Dammit... Not these things again" look on Qrows face as they were all flying towards him. But.... Qrow seemingly rejected it quickly leaving Winter in this Wrath.
DAMMIT! Makes me wanna guess what his one finger taunt "Come Here" gesture meant to her before she threw herself towards him.... Or maybe I'm just exaggerating it all too much but can one blame a person for wanting to know so much of their OTP? Gah! I hope they make an appearance in the next Volume.
